Cancellation Policy

If your appointment happens to be booked on one of the few days that we have bad weather and we will reschedule. In all other cases, you must notify us 72 hours before your scheduled flight of your cancellation to receive a 50% refund, minus the initial deposit. Any cancellations within 72 hours of your flight or no-shows are non-refundable. However, if you provide the 72 hours notice and wish to reschedule, another date will be set. Reschedule requests made under the 24 hour time frame, will be subject to a $20.00 USD fee per person scheduled. Any additions will be subject to availability. If any member of your reserved party does not arrive to do the activity, the rest of the party members may use the time of those absent. NO partial or full refunds will apply.

Anyone who shows up intoxicated for the scheduled appointment will be unable to participate and will not be issued a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel an activity without a refund if you misuse the equipment, put yourself, other guests, or employees in danger or if you do not listen to your guide/instructor. If you decide to stop the tour due to fear of water or the activity, we are not required to refund your money. Anyone that comes to participate in a water activity with us must know how to swim. No refunds will be issued to those who cannot swim and choose to opt out of an activity that they reserved.

Please remember that If you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation and you have not contacted us, you will lose 100% of your payment. If you arrive LATE you will not be able to do the activity unless there is time available at the end of the days sessions. If there is not time at the end of the sessions, a refund will still not be provided.
